Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Program Features

• Earn 50 % of the amount your referrals spend on our email-platform services for two years from each referral’s registration date (payments for any other products or services are not included).
• Referral bonus: every user who signs up through your link receives 5,000 free emails.
• We attribute a visitor to you for 365 days after they click your link. If they register during that period, you receive credit for every purchase they make.
• Real-time referral statistics are available in your account dashboard.

Payout Terms 

• Individuals are paid via Wise; all transfer fees are deducted from your payout.
• Companies are paid by bank transfer. For details, contact support@nicesender.com.
• Minimum payout: €100.
• Any applicable taxes are the partner’s responsibility.

Crediting & Payout Rules 

• Only new, genuine users qualify as referrals. Using your own link to create “affiliate accounts,” purchase plans or services, or convert refunds into commissions is prohibited. Such commissions will be voided and the referring account may be blocked.
• You may request a payout only after at least five different referrals have purchased and fully used any paid email service.
• Referrals must comply with our Terms of Service. For instance, accounts used for spam will be blocked and the related commissions canceled. Please state in your promotional materials that our platform is intended for legitimate email marketing, not spam.
• Commissions are credited immediately when a referral makes a purchase, but they become available for withdrawal only after the purchased subscription or service has ended.
